Shipping & Returns

We charge a $15 flat fee for shipping. Pottery is very well protected with a lot of bubble wrap, cardboard, paper and packing peanuts. Most of the shipments are double boxed for added protection. Orders are shipped within 2 business days. We use FedEx Ground and USPS. All shipments are fully insured.

Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date they were delivered. Returned items cannot be used and have to have original labels on them. Each return has to be insured. Return packages to:
